Most tabletop exercises follow a script. DICE doesn’t. Powered by AI, every scenario unfolds dynamically — the adversary adapts to your team’s moves, escalates when you hesitate, and punishes poor coordination just like a real threat actor would. Your team will make decisions under pressure, communicate across roles, and experience the full arc of an incident from first alert to after-action review.
DICE blends the structure of a tabletop RPG with the realism of incident response — giving your team a repeatable, engaging, and genuinely challenging training environment.
Six Specialist Roles
Each player chooses a class that defines their skills, stat bonuses, and available actions. Effective teams coordinate across roles — no single class can handle an incident alone.

How It Works
- Build your team. Each player creates a character — distributing stat points, choosing three skills, and picking a trait that defines their playstyle.
- Enter the scenario. An AI Dungeon Master sets the scene: an alert fires, a breach is underway, the clock is ticking. Your team has limited time and limited actions per round.
- Roll for outcomes. Every action is a dice roll modified by your character’s stats and skills. Success, partial success, or failure — each outcome advances the scenario differently.
- Face a thinking adversary. The AI adversary monitors your moves and responds. Contain one vector and it pivots. Go quiet and it escalates. The scenario ends when your team neutralises the threat — or the attacker achieves their objective.
- Hot wash. After every session, DICE surfaces a structured after-action review: what your team detected, where decisions cost time, and what to build on next exercise.
